Message to clients

There are many reasons for starting therapy, whether for help managing symptoms of depression or anxiety or to help you grow and achieve your goals. Therapy can be beneficial for everyone. I tailor my approach to each individual client and believe that everyone needs to be treated according to their own needs and circumstances. My goals in therapy is whatever goal you set for yourself. If you're having trouble identifying appropriate goals, we can figure that out together too. I generally see clients once a week for 45 minutes and in that time we discuss our collaborative goals and how to accomplish them, as well as the events of that week and how they're impacting you and your progress.

I strive to be my most genuine self in session and my sessions have a bit more of a conversational feel to them.
