Dr. Daphne McCampbell is a Psychologist located in Norwich, VT. Dr. McCampbell feels honored to work with her clients through their mental health challenges. Dr. McCampbell’s practice focuses on helping individuals with low self-esteem, low self-worth, communication issues, relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and difficulties regulating their emotions. Dr. McCampbell supports clients’ emotional growth through psychodynamic approaches. Part of therapy with Dr. McCampbell is to grow attentional awareness through mindfulness exercises, helping clients exist in the present moment. Dr. McCampbell earned a PhD in Psychology from Fordham University. Her goal is to help clients develop a deeper understanding of who they are and what makes them feel a sense of purpose. She enjoys working with clients from different racial, sexual, and cultural backgrounds. Dr. McCampbell believes that therapy involves working in a safe environment to develop greater awareness and insight in to one's relationships with oneself and others, one's identity, and one's purpose in life.
