From a young age I've wanted to help others. For over 20 years I have worked as an LICSW in a variety of healthcare settings with people across the lifespan, helping to inspire change and promote quality of life. In addition to my independent licensure, I hold a diploma in Natural Health Consulting, and certifications in spiritual and energy healing practices. My education, trainings, professional and personal experience make me a well-rounded practitioner equipped to help you reach your goals. Working with me you will be in a safe "space" where you would be heard and not judged. My approach is integrative, tailored to your individual needs. My style is patient, empathic, compassionate and kind. I will treat you as a unique individual, meet you where you are at, and work collaboratively with you to help you move to where you want to be.
