Dashonda partners with BIPOC and people with chronic illnesses to re-empower them as they find emotional healing. She helps clients set goals and begin moving towards them, especially until they gain the self-confidence they need to take the lead. Dashonda incorporates life coaching, the outdoors, creativity, and the written word whenever possible to support her clients.

By empowering her clients to see things differently, Dashonda helps them stay on the path to healing. She's on a mission to destigmatize therapy and promote a more present, healthy lifestyle for every individual she works with.

Working with me is like talking to a friend. As a friend would, I want to protect your interests and uplift and encourage you when you’re struggling. But more than that, I want to ask the difficult questions that promote your healing. I will help you set goals and move toward them until you feel confident in defining your own path.
