My clients typically feel off course, disconnected, and frustrated when they arrive. After working with me they feel fulfilled, relaxed, and empowered.

Using my unique approach I help clients reconnect with themselves and move forward in the way they want. This often includes connecting more effectively with their partner, building self-esteem, and cultivating the capacity to work through difficult emotions.
