Message to clients

Therapy is often seen as a means to feel better, but my primary goal is to empower you to live better – a change that typically leads to greater fulfillment and emotional well-being.

Clients frequently describe me as compassionate, caring, and adept at offering constructive challenges.

My approach integrates psychological theories and techniques with an interactive and energetic style. Together, we will pinpoint unproductive thoughts, emotional patterns, and behaviors that hinder you from aligning with your values and reaching your objectives.

With extensive training, I work effectively with diverse clients and a wide range of concerns. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, obsessions, compulsions, procrastination, relationship issues, communication barriers, identity development, self-esteem, and value clarification. My expertise in these areas is further supported by my published work.

Let's start a conversation about how I can support you in your journey towards personal growth and well-being.
