I am a LCSW presently only practicing in New York State. As a first generation child; I grew up trying to find my place in a culture outside of my own while also trying to develop my own personal identity outside of expectations. I have a strong passion for working with individuals looking to be their true authentic selves!
A bit about my approach to therapy
My Ideal client is someone who is looking to actively make changes in their lives; or even just begin expressing themselves. I welcome all individuals regards of their needs or goals as my personal objective is to support anyone and everyone accomplish their dreams. They're someone who likes to be a bit out of the box and is open to trying different things to see how we can resolve it together. Being a team player with open communication is key as I am looking to be your ultimate support!
What you can expect from our first session
I truly believe that with time, patience, and commitment things can be worked out. I tailor my sessions to each patient and what kind of support/treatment they are hoping for. I strive to make an open, safe, and judge mental free environment; we can't change anything from the past, but we can make active steps to change your future
