Message to clients

I love being a therapist and I bring curiosity, humor, and intelligence to our work together. Ultimately, you come to therapy to explore your own concerns, dreams, and goals. I seek to be an engaged and open-minded partner in this process. Whether you are looking to improve your relationships, struggling with anxiety/depression, or seeking to better understand your own motivations and patterns, I can be a skilled guide.

I specialize in working with professionals and parents as they navigate their work and personal lives. I am also psycho-dynamically trained and enjoy working with clients who choose to explore personal and/or family history.

In my work with parents, I create space to explore difficult feelings without judgment. If desired, I can share developmental insights into your child and suggest practical strategies. I also bring deep experience with a range of special needs. Through it all, we will focus on the positive, long-term task of raising a separate, unique, healthy human being.
