Dianna W Allen is a clinical therapist providing telehealth services throughout Pennsylvania and New Mexico. She works with individual clients from 18 to 108. Many clients come in seeking support with anxiety and depression, self-doubt and self-criticism, relationship challenges, or seeking clarity around core values and direction in life. Dianna is particularly passionate about serving people at various transition and growth points in their lives, especially when they are feeling “stuck” and need validation and support to find their path again.
Dianna’s training blends strengths-based theories with development coaching and holistic skill building. She focuses on developing a therapeutic connection with clients to encourage safe exploration, self-compassion and body-mind skills that allow clients to change their lives. In session, Dianna focuses on identifying root causes of challenges and helping clients find concrete solutions that can allow them to move beyond healing into personal growth.

Dianna received her degree in Counseling in 2006. She has over 17 years’ experience working in various clinical and practice settings. She blends creativity and whole-body/mind focus (exercise, nutrition, sleep, time in nature) into therapy, as well as spiritual beliefs/practices.
