Donald specializes in helping individuals and couples feel good about themselves, including who they are, what they do, and how they connect with themselves and others. Many of Donald’s clients suffer from low self esteem, which can lead to issues at work, in relationships, with family members, and in social situations. Donald provides culturally sensitive, inclusive mental health services for clients who have depression, anxiety, or trauma symptoms.

Clients learn how to break free from harmful habits, including unhealthy thought patterns that lead to distressing emotions. Donald takes a strengths-based approach, believing that all clients have unique strengths that can be harnessed for their emotional growth or healing. He collaborates with clients on their treatment plans to ensure that they’re working towards the client’s goals.
Donald earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University. His goal is to provide clients a warm, compassionate space to explore their emotions and grow towards who they want to be.
