Donovan has experience working with individuals facing challenges such as eating disorders, those who identify as LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities. Drawing from her time in private practice and a college counseling center, Donovan blends self-education and collaboration with other professionals to provide well-rounded, personalized care. Her approach is rooted in creating a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore personal growth and identity without the fear of disappointing others. Donovan focuses on offering the tools and support needed to navigate life’s complexities, helping clients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
