Message to clients

Not happy with your prior therapy experiences? If you are currently in therapy, did you think you would be further along by now? If so...you are in the right place. My goal is to have this be your best therapy experience. Here is what you can expect if we work together:

1) Understand the exact reasons and experiences that led you to this moment. You will finally have the answer to "Why am I struggling?"

2) Collaborate with me and have a clear treatment plan in place. You are your own expert and a very important part in the decision-making process for your treatment. Within two sessions, we will have a clear treatment plan.

3) See your progress, through quantitative data. It's important to me that you feel you are improving. I also use measures to assess your progress so we can both see the improvement.

You have made the first (and huge!) step by deciding to seek treatment. Sign up for a free consult ($90 value) to learn more.
