Ed Regensburg's Psychotherapy practice is the natural extension of his life's work of the past 46 years. Having designed and directed multiple mental health programs, as well as treating a wide range of people from children, families and adults in varying settings, from hospitals to outpatient clinics, he now focuses all he has learned as a clinical art psychotherapist and shares it with the select folks who need his uniquely integrative approach. He has deep experience in analytic psychology as well as non traditional spiritual practice that when integrated is able to effectively impact and create a healing response for even the most complex cases.
Anxiety and Depression affect everyone and with the tumultuous times we are living through, anyone can easily be mis-understood, especially artists, musicians, visual thinkers and other sensitive folks. Instead of categorizing people, what is now required more than ever is a deep understanding of our human condition and proven techniques to manage it.
Ed's philosophy and proven methodology is based upon the acknowledgement of the unconscious, spiritual level of life and all the information it contains. As you focus your energy through the portal of emotions, fully embracing the thoughts you need, you can actualize your potential. Utilizing careful, empathetic listening, seamlessly integrating mindfulness based imagery and other techniques with sound analytic understanding he helps you access the information and issues that need to be identified, understood and creatively expressed...in order to facilitate healing and personal transformation.
This learning and support is available to anyone. There is no issue that cannot be understood and met with professional, compassionate care.
