Eddie Bravo is a Licensed Master Social Worker, Holistic Psychotherapist, Medicine Man and Activist based in New York City. He specializes in anxiety, depression, complex trauma, race based trauma & Spiritually Infused Psychotherapy. His foundation is anti racist, sex positive, pro LGBTQ2S+, pro women, pro immigrant, pro sex work and anti oppression. By centering indigenous philosophies and seeing clients as humans first, Eddie curates a sacred space for clients to prioritize healing. Not fear getting a diagnosis or being policed. Together you will create your healing formula to get to the root of the problem, not just treat symptoms.
Eddie uses eclectic psychotherapy approaches to help clients identify, navigate & transform limiting thoughts, un-serving behavior patterns & reclaim one's true essence. He welcomes all Indigenous spiritualities & infuses them into your clinical work. You can expect journaling prompts & shadow work activities throughout your journey together.
