Ektha Aggarwal is an experienced licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and Founder of Shakti Therapy and Healing Services based in Los Angeles, CA. Shakti Therapy is a woman owned and run practice that strives to support people of color and the spiritual/psychedelic community. As a psychotherapist with about 10 years of experience, Ektha is particularly concerned with the impact of trauma on the mind-body connection, and the reconciliation of personal boundaries with cultural demands, supporting better emotional, physical, spiritual, and relationship health.
