Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW Practice: Resilience Lab Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsElias provides a space where people untangle themselves from societal expectations, tap into their inner strengths, and get to know themselves on a deeper level. His practice is based on a strong belief that everyone has the capacity for change. Through self exploration, people can free themselves from the old programming, unhelpful patterns, and limiting beliefs that no longer serve them. This process leads to growth and evolution, where people are empowered to share the fullest version of themselves with the world.
Elias uses a person-centered approach. That means clients set their own trajectory for where they want to go, and Elias provides support to help them reach their goals. He also takes each client’s background, culture, and life experience into account throughout their healing journey. As a result of therapy, clients gain a greater understanding of their innate strengths. They also develop tools for using their strengths to improve relationships and find fulfillment.
