Professional statement

Elias provides a space where people untangle themselves from societal expectations, tap into their inner strengths, and get to know themselves on a deeper level. His practice is based on a strong belief that everyone has the capacity for change. Through self exploration, people can free themselves from the old programming, unhelpful patterns, and limiting beliefs that no longer serve them. This process leads to growth and evolution, where people are empowered to share the fullest version of themselves with the world.

Elias uses a person-centered approach. That means clients set their own trajectory for where they want to go, and Elias provides support to help them reach their goals. He also takes each client’s background, culture, and life experience into account throughout their healing journey. As a result of therapy, clients gain a greater understanding of their innate strengths. They also develop tools for using their strengths to improve relationships and find fulfillment.

Message to clients

My practice is a space to free yourself from the self-imposed cages holding you back from expressing yourself authentically. Through my person-centered approach, you’ll explore and listen to the parts of yourself that are often ignored or neglected.

This process is holistic, collaborative, and driven within a framework of self-love and self-curiosity. We’ll work together to identify your strengths, and how you can use them to feel more connected to yourself, improve your relationships, and build a life that feels meaningful. As a result, you’ll gain insight into who you are, what you need, and how to liberate yourself from the blocks holding you back from being your most authentic self.

Therapy can catalyze your growth into the person you want to become. The key to free your true self from the cage of old programming and social conditioning already inside of you. Let’s work together to unlock your true self so you can share it with the world around you.
