Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW Practice: Resilience LabPeople often don’t see how a presenting problem connects to their past. By exploring the commonalities between their careers, relationships, and themselves, Elisa can help clients see the thread tying their previous experiences and current situation together.
Elisa primarily services artists, creatives, and musicians. Her approach combines solution-based modalities with psychotherapeutic techniques to solve the issues immediately impacting her clients. Some of these might include creative and writer's block, procrastination, anxiety, and depression.
Oftentimes, people unconsciously repeat dynamics over and over again. Pointing out these dynamics can help them see why certain issues crop up and create new patterns with better outcomes.
Therapy with Elisa is a collaborative experience. She will point out inconsistencies, help clients see things from a new perspective, and check in with them regularly to ensure they're on the right track.
