Elizabeth Walsh

Elizabeth is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She received her Bachelors in psychology from Wells and her BSN in Nursing and Master’s degree from SUNY Binghamton. She has inpatient and outpatient healthcare experience and over 15 years of obstetric knowledge. Elizabeth has educated and supported parents through all aspects of family building. She provides medication and mental health support for preconception planning, pregnancy, postpartum and infant feeding.

Elizabeth’s passion is Women’s Mental Health across the reproductive lifespan. She has experience treating ADD/ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Borderline, perimenopause, grief support in perinatal loss and eating disorders. She provides trauma-informed care utilizing mindfulness and motivational interviewing. Elizabeth takes an integrated approach to mental health support including medication, supplements, sleep hygiene, and activity/eco therapy. She believes in individualized treatment plans that empower individuals to articulate and organize the unique needs and goals of the individual.
