She/Her/Hers
Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC National Certified Counselor, NCCShe/Her/Hers
Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC National Certified Counselor, NCCElle is a trauma-informed, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, based in New York. She works with young adults and college students ages 17-30, who are moving through radical adult transitions, such as moving across the country for school, graduating from higher education, beginning/ending relationships, and making a career change. Life transitions, even positive ones, can leave us feeling stuck, anxious, confused, lost and even, despairing.
Elle incorporates a number of different therapeutic techniques to best assist my clients in reaching their goals, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mindfulness practices.
Together, your work with Elle will help you navigate through the emotional discomfort, recognize and challenge maladaptive thinking patterns, and offer a safe space for self-exploration and maybe even some risk-taking. How you ride the waves of change makes a big difference in how it affects you.
Elle takes a warm and collaborative approach to therapy, and understands the value of the therapist-client relationship. Together, we will move through this radical adult transition phase with the hope you will gain insight, awareness, and self-compassion coupled with laughter and tears along the way. Send me an email and I will get us set up with a free 20 minute consultation phone call today.
