She has over 20 years of experience working with parents, tech employees, corporate leaders, artists, students and newly out individuals. Ellen specializes in CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, proven to be effective in relieving depressive symptoms. Sessions with Ellen might help you with the use of identifying Jungian archetypes and or a safe place to heal and look deeper into your family of origin.

She is certified in EMDR for 15 years (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), this treatment is effective for grief, trauma, breakups, anxiety . Or when you are stuck, it can help you move away from unhealthy patterns of behavior and traumatic memories. It can also be effective in reviewing past relationships and experiences that still influence you today.
