Ellie Dumerauf's goal is to help clients repair and deepen this trust in themselves over the course of therapy. No matter how great the challenges, Ellie believes that we are all capable of growth and healing. As your therapist, she will walk beside you in this process. She will help you rediscover and build upon your unique strengths, voice, spark and purpose.
Ellie believes that you are the expert on your own situation and experiences, and she aims to understand each clients' unique perspective without making assumptions or jumping to conclusions. Ellie is affirming of all sexual orientations and gender identifies. She strives to be antiracist, to be an advocate, and to practice cultural humility in her clinical practice (and in all aspects of life). She is also affirming of all spiritual and religious orientations.
Ellie specializes in treating trauma, mood disorders (PMDD, depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety, psychosis, and OCD. In addition to psychodynamic talk therapy, she is also educated in mind-body approaches including somatic experiencing and EFT.

Climate anxiety - Coping with the unique stress created by climate change, including managing any overwhelming feelings of impending disaster and finding outlets for advocacy
Worry - Learning how worry shows up in one’s life and exploring how worry impacts daily life, relationships, and wellbeing; developing coping skills to mitigate the impacts of worry
