Elliot offers an approach that is trauma-informed and holistic, and grounded in bodily autonomy, liberation, and anti-racism. He is particularly dedicated to those who have been excluded from mainstream therapeutic spaces. Elliot's expertise is with LGBTQIA+ communities; sex workers, poly / ENM, kink / BDSM communities, neurodiverse and disabled communities; and substance users. Their approach is informed by their shared identities and experiences with these communities. Elliot works with survivors of Intimate Partner Violence; childhood and adult sexual violence; attachment and complex trauma; hate violence; and police, state, and institutional violence.
