Message to clients

In our work together, we will collaboratively set goals, discover recurring themes and identify how you can live a values-based life. I will help you develop a deeper connection to your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We will develop a strong toolbox of strategies for you to take with you after our work is over that you can reference for the rest of your life.

My approach is warm, curious and non judgmental, but I am also direct and I am going to challenge you! I know it takes a lot of effort and courage to reach out for help, and it would be my privilege to embark on this journey with you.
