Message to clients

From my experience, I have found nothing is a better catalyst for change than a solid, trusting relationship. I am creative in my approach and think outside of the box. I am not terribly conventional and will push the envelope when I see fit.
My therapeutic approach incorporates many different tools I have learned over the years. I have developed a solid anger management curriculum and hope to help you learn to express your anger in new ways. I can work with individual, couples, family and groups. I am comfortable with any issues you present!
I have training in MET/CBT5 (Motivational Enhancement Therapy/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in 5 sessions) and utilize this approach for work mostly with anger issues but also with other behaviors people would like to change.
