Infidelity - Processing through the impacts that infidelity has on one’s relationship; learning how to set boundaries, resolve conflict effectively, and promote healing in the relationship
This is a support group for queer youth from between the ages of 14-18.
This group is perfect for those who are looking to be more present in their lives through the practice of mindfulness. Sessions will include psychoeducation, a mindfulness practice, and discussion on implementing the new skills into your daily life.
