Message to clients

I work with people who are entering therapy for the first time or who have already been in therapy for years. Our work together will be a collaborative exploration to understand your full story in the context of your relationships and environment, so that we can determine the core patterns of behavior that are blocking your full potential.

We will explore what it means to be you, to be human in this world, and to be in relation with others and your surroundings. We’ll make sense of who you are and invite opportunities for deep healing and long lasting change.

Your first session is a consultation so we can evaluate whether I’m a good fit for you and how I could help facilitate change for you.

While it’s normal to feel nervous, the first session is just a conversation for us to get to know each other and for you to experience what it’s like to be in session with me.

I also offer 15 minute complimentary consultations for people who are interested in booking a session.

I look forward to connecting.
