Message to clients

Taking the first step to seek therapy is a big accomplishment. Whether you are struggling with a crisis, looking for a casual space to talk and reflect, or something in between, we can take on your challenges together. As partners, we can work to better understand your past experiences and how they inform your life and relationships. I offer a safe, warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can heal from trauma and difficult experiences. We will work together to understand how those life events have shaped, and continue to shape, who you are.

My objective is to provide an empathetic and validating atmosphere for you to share and reflect on any thoughts and feelings you are experiencing. My style is honest, open, and collaborative, and our work together will be tailored and adjusted to meet your unique needs and goals. In particular, I am committed to working with you to build confidence, self-esteem, and greater comfort in who you are. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, so my role will be to listen, understand, and help you make connections. Together, we can dig deep into the roots of your fears or trauma and explore coping strategies. I can support you through creative problem-solving to navigate these challenges.
