Message to clients

Talk therapy is valuable for the matters we process in words, while art allows us to express emotions that defy description. In order to grow and heal, we need both. That’s why I offer a range of dynamic services that are effective approaches towards mental liberation. Together, we’ll identify kinder, gentler ways for you to take care of yourself.

I see my role as holding space-time where you can feel comfortable enough to explore and discover the unique blocks that prevent your personal evolution. Get in touch and together we’ll work towards removing and updating your self-limiting beliefs, so you can be in alignment with who you are meant to be. My clients describe me as deeply and holistically attuned to their emotional experience. They find our work empowering because it helps them tap into unexpressed emotions.

My ideal client is open to exploring all aspects of themselves without judgment. They understand that healing is a process, not an overnight fix. Typically these clients are seeking deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships.

Perhaps they've tried other methods like talk therapy alone but are looking for a new approach. They may struggle with low self-esteem, trauma from their past, or difficulty expressing emotions. They want to reconnect with their innate creativity and become more self-compassionate.

Let's get creative about healing - reach out to schedule a chat.
