She also often utilizes psychoeducation with her clients to help teach others to truly understand emotions, while encouraging emotional awareness. When using her therapeutic approaches, Emily likes to collaborate compassionately with her clients to help discover helpful coping skills for different problem areas. Emily will work to build rapport with her clients as she strives to know and truly understand her client's needs. What brought Emily to the mental health field is her love and compassion for helping others, as she is a believer in resiliency.
