Eri Cela

Eri Cela is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Miami, FL. Eri works with individuals and couples who would like to find a greater sense of joy, purpose, and balance in their lives. Eri draws from his experience growing up in Albania and immigrating to the United States when working with clients, deeply understanding the profound impact that love and resilience can have on a person’s life. Through learning about his clients’ lives, Eri offers different perspectives that can be helpful for clients to consider. Clients learn about topics like attachment theory, humanistic approaches, and the mind body connection. Eri encourages clients to assess how their emotions impact their bodies, and to find ways to relax physically while they work on their mental health. Clients examine their motivations, especially for big decisions and throughout transitions, with Eri’s empathetic support.

Eri earned a Master’s degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies. He has nearly 15 years of experience supporting individuals’ and couples’ mental health. His style is genuine, compassionate, and insightful. He enjoys helping clients to feel empowered in their lives and to be intentional about their mental health on a daily basis.
