Message to clients

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 8 years of working with individuals and families. Finding a good therapist can be challenging, so I offer free consultations to make the process stress-free and relaxed. When life gets too overwhelming we can experience depression and anxiety. Together we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. What is most important in therapy is that you have a place to share who you are.

I have experience helping teens and parents with self-esteem, motivation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict. Much of my expertise comes from working with families to ensure that their teens are successful in academics and relationships. I also provide therapy to individual adults of various backgrounds and offer couples counseling to help partners navigate the challenges of relationships.

All clients deserve a therapist that shows empathy and acceptance. I look forward to working with you!
