The goal of Eric Taveras is to promote individual and collective resilience as an associate clinical-community psychologist. As a consultant, he works with big scholars, dreamers, and decision-makers sometimes held back by painful past experiences. Through curiosity, creativity, and compassion, Eric Taveras encourages clients to move into their bright future with greater freedom.
Many clients of Eric Taveras struggle with overwhelming feelings of stress, anxiety, and addictions that impact their performance at work and in relationships. Co-creating practical strategies tailored to each client and their life journey involves exploring clients' core beliefs about themselves, others, and their existing systems.
