Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFTHe/Him/His
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFTI became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist having experienced my own ups and downs. I am fortunate to have had the support of mental health professionals and others who helped me resolve guilt, shame, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions and lifestyle adjustments. I am passionate about doing the same thing for you. I have been working with individuals and families for over six years in multiple settings. My Master's Degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies. I am an ally to the LGBTQ+, black and LATINX community.
My philosophy is that most relationship concerns are rooted in communication issues. In fact, the quality of relationships is driven by the quality of communications. This is one of the most common reasons couples go to therapy. Poor communication is a major stressor for couples, work environments, families, and even among amongst friends. It's likely poor communication is contributing to these issues.
Solution Room Therapy helps you learn how to effectively communicate your needs and wants versus hiding issues or fighting. If you are unsure if Solution Room Therapy is right for you, lets talk about it in a free 15-minute consultation.
