Erica Barton is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon. She helps young women and femmes heal from anxiety, depression, and self doubt. She has also been an experienced trauma-informed, therapeutic yoga teacher for over a decade.
Erica's style is compassionate, insightful, and relational. Erica is trained in body-oriented therapies, mindfulness, therapeutic yoga, and somatic therapies, which helps clients access deep healing beyond talk therapy alone. In session, we use tools to attune to the intelligence of the body, which can guide our work to a deeper wisdom and unlock pathways to healing beyond the thinking mind. This approach supports clients to feel at peace within themselves, more comfortable in their own skin, and more confident in relationships. Erica supports women to embody more joy and peace from within.
Erica is invested in creating an inclusive practice that is rooted in social justice and liberation, and mindful of the different collective systems that each client is a part of. All parts of you are welcome.
Outside of private practice, Erica studies yoga and meditation, creates art, and spends time exploring and reflecting in nature. She is available for teletherapy sessions for clients in the state of Oregon.
