Erica specializes in supporting highly sensitive individuals who are coping with mental health issues and seeking to grow in their ability to care for themselves. She approaches therapy as a collaborative and creative effort, incorporating holistic modalities, such as art therapy, mindfulness, yoga, and self-reflection.
Drawing upon her background in trauma-informed care, Erica offers a compassion-focused and culturally responsive treatment approach. She uses an eclectic blend of creative arts and research-based techniques to support her clients. Ultimately, Erica’s goal is to help clients move beyond the challenges and barriers that have held them back from living life to the fullest.
