Hello, my name is Erik J. Erickson, and I’ve been providing therapy since 2006. As a licensed clinical social worker, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reach their emotional goals. I firmly believe that therapy is beneficial for everyone at some point in their lives, especially in today’s world, where we all face unique and often overwhelming struggles.
I take a person-centered approach to therapy, believing that each individual has the power to make meaningful changes in their life. I work collaboratively with clients to help them explore new perspectives, develop effective coping strategies, and tap into their inner strengths. With over 22 years of personal experience in therapy myself, I understand the transformative power of the therapeutic process.
I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), though I tailor my approach to each client’s specific needs, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities to ensure the best possible outcomes. My goal is not only to provide empathy and support but also to equip clients with the tools and strategies that foster lasting change.
I offer limited evening availability and invite you to reach out via phone or email with any questions. Congratulations on taking the first step toward a positive and empowered future. I look forward to working with you.
