Erin Kronlund(She/Her/Hers)

Erin Kronlund is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in trauma healing, holistic wellness, faith transitions, self-empowerment, stress management, balance and living authentically. In her practice, wellness awakening is about the client's ability to transform, grow, change, connect, and create a new pattern of thinking that aligns with their personal life vision.

It is Erin's hope that sessions are an opportunity for clients to discover what it is they want in life, and how to create the shifts within themselves to get there. She looks forward to experiencing life from the perspective of each client, and hopes to help illuminate within them whatever they are seeking.

Transformative living through rewiring one’s experience of trauma is at the heart of Erin's passions. She is trained in multiple trauma modalities, including EMDR through telehealth, which has proven to shift the brains connection to stuck memories through integration using bilateral stimulation.

Erin believes every encounter with another is an exchange of energy, and that each encounter is as equally for one person as it is for another. Her goal is to help clients connect to their soul, find deeper levels of self-knowing and greater fulfillment in the present moment.
