Her therapy style is supportive and collaborative. She believes in meeting clients where they are in their journey and personalizing the course of treatment to their specific needs. She provides a nonjudgmental and caring environment that allows clients to comfortably work through their current challenges, heal, and reach their goals.
Erin specializes in trauma focused therapy and is trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and NARM. She is also experienced in helping clients facing challenges surrounding depression, anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, grief, social anxiety, OCD, problem gambling, and hoarding. She works with individuals ages 21-64 via Telehealth.

Eating disorders & disordered eating - Reducing unhealthy eating patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, such as restricting, purging, and binging; healing the emotional pain surrounding disordered eating
Phobias & fears - Providing techniques and support to overcome intense fear, anxiety, and panic related to specific triggers, such as heights or crowded spaces
Sexual harassment & assault - Caring support along the pathway to safety, wellbeing, and healing for survivors of sexual abuse and assault
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
