Professional statement

Do you often find yourself burdened by stress or plagued by feelings of anxiety? Do these emotions hinder your ability to form the meaningful friendships and relationships you desire in life? If so, know that you are not alone and that I can provide assistance. With over 17 years of experience as a therapist, I am well-versed in supporting individuals with stress reduction, anxiety management, panic attacks, depression, grief/loss, and trauma recovery.

Feeling secure in one's relationships and being resilient in challenging times are valuable skills. Self-discovery is one of the most rewarding journeys one can embark upon, as awareness leads to choice, and choice is freedom.

At Wildsong Ranch, I use equine-assisted therapy to help individuals connect with themselves and others in a safe environment. Horses have the ability to help regulate the nervous system and assist us in regulating our emotions. My background in mindfulness practice and meditation, coupled with my certification as a mindfulness teacher, enables me to integrate these techniques into our sessions as needed, providing a calming influence for both the mind and body.

Please feel free to contact me for a free consultation either by phone or in person at the ranch in Longmont, Co.

Message to clients

Hello, and thank you for considering working with me. I want to start by saying that I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My hope for our sessions is that you will feel heard, seen, and valued and that together we can work towards achieving your goals.

It's important for you to know that I approach therapy from a non-judgmental and empathetic perspective. I believe that every individual is unique, and therefore, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and goals. I value open and honest communication, so please feel free to express any concerns or questions you may have throughout our sessions.

Finally, I want to remind you that therapy is a process, and it can take time to see progress. It's important to be patient and kind to yourself as we work through your challenges. I am here to support you every step of the way, and I look forward to embarking on this journey together.
