Evan Harris, LCSW-C, LCSW is a trauma-focused sex and relationship therapist in the greater Baltimore and DC metro areas. She is licensed in MD, VA, and FL. Her specialties are working with queer, kinky, and polyam/ENM clients, people experiencing infertility or have birth trauma, and clients with chronic illnesses or pain. She has a special interest in Ehlers-Dahlnos Syndrome and POTS.

Evan is a client-first practitioner, which means she believes in putting clients in the driver's seat. She often uses Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and sex therapy techniques that allow clients to set the pace of treatment.

Evan only works remotely at this time.

Message to clients

You're struggling and sick and tired of being sick and tired, and I firmly believe that you deserve to feel better; you deserve to feel whole and healthy. I am honored when clients trust me to walk alongside them on their paths, and I want you to feel that. For my part, that means I'm authentically myself --cussing and all!-- so that you don't feel judged or like you need to mask yourself.

You're worthy of wellness, in whatever form that takes. In our first sessions, I spend time helping you identify what wellness looks like in your life, your relationship, or your future.
