Professional statement

Eve uses a mix of interventions proven to challenge negative thought patterns, improve mental wellbeing, and make it easier for people to manage stress—including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and supportive therapy. She goes deeper as time goes on to help clients identify recurring patterns, make connections, and see their lives from a different perspective.

Eve uses a client-centered, strengths-based, and person-in-environment approach. Together with the client, she looks at what they're doing well and comes up with solutions to make more of those things happen.

Treatment is specifically tailored to each client's needs and goals. Starting therapy can be overwhelming, so she goes at the client's pace. Whether they're hoping to learn new coping skills, make sense of their life experiences, or work through difficult emotions, Eve is here to support them.

Message to clients

All of us experience stress, anxiety, and unhelpful patterns. Sometimes, it’s difficult to notice their insidious effects on our wellbeing.

When you think of stressors, your mind might go to your demanding job, family dynamics, recent break-up, or financial difficulties. However stress is manifesting in your day-to-day life, I'm here to help you learn effective coping strategies, discover what your triggers are, and create an action plan for finding calm in the chaos.

Most people already have the inner strength to navigate life's challenges, but haven't unlocked it yet. Discovering your strengths is a core foundation for our work together. I’ll celebrate your successes and call out what’s going well to help you build self esteem, improve confidence, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. I also use methodologies proven to disrupt unhelpful patterns and make handling challenging life situations easier.
