Fanny Tristan, LCSW-R is a mom, daughter of Afro-Peruvian immigrants, and founder of Restority Space, a psychotherapy practice offering trauma-informed psychotherapy for busy adults of color navigating significant life transitions. Her clients are often highly motivated individuals seeking to improve their confidence and relationships. Whether dealing with career changes, family dynamics, or personal challenges, Fanny provides a safe and supportive environment to explore these issues and take active steps toward personal growth.

Her approach focuses on guiding clients through emotional barriers, empowering them to trust their judgment and live with greater confidence and peace.

With a professional background in clinical social work, Fanny integrates the interconnected aspects of mental, physical, and social well-being in the therapy room. She works holistically with her clients, addressing all areas of life to help them achieve meaningful outcomes. Fanny offers both individual and group therapy sessions, providing tools and insights that clients can use long after their therapy journey.

Restority Space operates virtually, making it convenient for clients to access therapy regardless of their location. For those ready to embark on a focused, supportive path toward healing and empowerment, Fanny Tristan is committed to guiding them every step of the way.

Message to clients

I help my clients navigate big life changes and build confidence so they can feel in control of their lives again.

Many of my clients come in feeling like you do—successful on paper but struggling internally. Despite following the rules and supporting everyone around them, they often feel overwhelmed and unsure about their future. Whether it’s moving on from a family/romantic/friendship breakup or starting a new chapter like motherhood, they worry they’re repeating self-sabotaging habits and getting farther from their goals.

Past experiences left them feeling scarred and stuck in generational patterns, draining their confidence and affecting their relationships and careers.

You deserve to feel optimistic and empowered in your choices, both big and small. Living as your confident, authentic self while maintaining healthy relationships is within reach. If you’re ready to break free from old habits and step into a more confident life, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

This is a celebratory and affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ community
