It can be hard to understand how your current issues are linked to your past and recognize behavior patterns that don’t quite serve your interests or intended goals.
Farah's approach weaves evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and psychodynamic approaches, combined with breathwork and mindfulness practices to gain access to buried emotions. As an experienced therapeutic yoga teacher, Farah incorporates Eastern body-based wisdom to help you access deeper states of awareness and increase self-knowledge. By stepping beyond just talking in therapy, you can access new levels of insight that will help you solve the problems that brought you there in the first place.
Farah offers an authentic relationship where she listens deeply and provides honest and well-guided reflections. Her goal is to go beyond just managing your life and get to the root of your struggles in order to bring about true healing.
Farah’s guiding truth is the interconnectedness of our humanity, in all vulnerabilities and strengths, joy and sadness. Whether they can see it or not, everyone is connected and their actions have an impact. In therapy, humans can share conscious, compassionate ideas which can heal, inspire, align and nurture.
