Message to clients

I am committed to The Blue Clinic’s founding ethos of providing warm, reflective therapy that is grounded in significant clinical experience and academic training with clinical conceptualizations that include cultural identity.

As a therapist, my counseling approach is collaborative and evidenced-based. I provide counseling services to adults and families in a variety of areas including: substance abuse, personality and mood disorders, eating disorders, relationship challenges, family systems, and victims of sexual/physical/emotional abuse. I am fortunate enough to be fluent in both English and Farsi, and I believe cultural competency to be one of my strongest traits.

I am dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment and working with each client in developing a customized treatment plan to better improve their overall life.
