My therapy style is interpersonal, reflective, engaging, and trauma-informed. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative space for exploration and healing. I have experience with childhood trauma, domestic abuse, life transitions, couples, divorce, eating disorders, and working with marginalized communities. My approach is candid, empathetic, and process-oriented, helping you get unstuck while feeling supported and understood.
I value each client’s uniqueness and take an integrative approach, using techniques like motivational interviewing, exploring values, examining thoughts, and storytelling to gain new perspectives. I also use mindfulness and emotional regulation to promote compassion and acceptance. I’m trained in the Gottman Method and EFT, which I apply in couples therapy. I hold a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am enrolled in psychoanalytic couples therapy training at the Training Institute for Mental Health.
