In 2020, Felicia opened her private practice and has continued to support clients with convenient yet highly tailored therapy for each person’s unique presentation and needs. Felicia is strength based, person-centered, trauma informed and collaborative in her approach to treatment. She offers an eclectic and wide range of modalities including narrative therapy, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, solution focused therapy and Y-CBT. It is always her priority to use approaches which the client responds to best.
Felicia received her Master of Social Work from Simmons University and is a licensed independent clinical social worker. She has nearly 15 years of experience working in the mental health field with people of all ages and over 20 years of experience working with teens and young children, including a variety of jobs and settings such as individual counseling, day treatment center, residential center, therapeutic school, group home for LGBTQIA+ adolescents, juvenile court clinic, child care agencies, and community-based services (intensive care coordination, in-home family therapy and therapeutic mentoring). After graduate school, Felicia assisted in opening a new location of Riverside School & Life Skills Center in Milford, MA where she facilitated group and individual therapy with adolescents for over 6 years.
