Licensed Professional Counselor, LPCShe/Her/Hers
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPCFiona Everett is a licensed professional counselor who enjoys working more closely with those experiencing life transitions. Life itself can already feel like it's own challenge and special events such as moving, going to college, parenting, career changes, etc can add to the daily stress and overwhelm. As you transition from one space to another, you may also find yourself on a journey of finding yourself. When we face change, we also change as people and adjusting to this can be hard at times, not just for yourself, but for those around you.
Fiona wants to offer a space where you can move forward together on identifying, processing, and cultivating what's important to you. Her counseling approach therefore is holistic, emotion focused, and informed through an attachment-based perspective, where relationship building, communication, and emotional expression lie at the foundation. She believes in creating an environment where you feel safe and comfortable in expressing yourself, while working towards collaborative goals.
In her own words: "In a world that has become so isolating, let us find connection and work together as a team on setting goals, intentions, and boundaries, through living out the benefits of self-care, change, and growth."
