Message to clients

I believe counseling is a powerful process that changes the clinician and the individual both. Counseling compels us to take a hard look at reality and face the truth however tough and take one step toward our "ideal self." I like to listen to and empower individuals to live their best life. Counseling themes I've worked with frequently includes Marital Conflict, Sex Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Child and Adolescent issues. I look forward to hearing from you.
