Message to clients

I believe counseling is a powerful process that changes the clinician and the individual both. Counseling compels us to take a hard look at reality and face the truth however tough and take one step toward our "ideal self." I like to listen to and empower individuals to live their best life. I am also not afraid to gently confront and hold you accountable for your goals. Counseling themes I've worked with frequently includes Marital Conflict, Sex Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Child and Adolescent issues. I look forward to hearing from you.
