Message to clients

Hey, I’m glad you’re here.

It’s not easy to ask for help. There’s so much pressure to figure things out on your own—but you don’t have to. I’m here to support you. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, with a strong focus on building self-awareness, no matter what modality I’m using. My style is direct but compassionate: I’ll tell you the truth with kindness—without judgment or reproach—to help you find clarity, peace, and a deeper connection with yourself.

I never ignore the body or nervous system during sessions. A key part of building self-awareness is learning how to understand the emotional cues that live in your body. I’m also passionate about helping clients understand what we’re doing in therapy—and why. You’ll always know how we’re working toward resolution, and why I’ve chosen a particular approach. I value evidence-based practices that combine science with genuine, empathetic support. My goal is to help you connect with the truest version of yourself, and learn how to engage with the world from that place.
