Message to clients

Life is a full of seasons; seasons of struggle and challenges, seasons of processing, and seasons of healing. I am a support system you can use to help navigate your season. Many clients I work with have experienced significant trauma. They seek counseling because they battle with the anxiety, depression, addiction, or PTSD that so commonly follows those events. I am very passionate about supporting my clients in establishing genuine identity and relationship stability. The counseling process can help you develop the emotional and cognitive “muscles” you need to experience freedom and confidence in YOUR world. You may be in a vulnerable place right now in your life. You may not even know what exactly it is that you need. I want to invite you to accept my support and we can go through this season of processing, healing, and growing together. I look forward to working with you.
